Schwan Super Rink Dance & Fitness Studio
Zumba is a dance fitness sensation that incorporates music from around the world into an hour-long group class. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow; Latin-inspired, calorie burning dance fitness-party TM You can burn up to 700 calories in an hour depending on your exertion and fitness level! The best thing about ZUMBA is that you forget you are exercising because you are having so much FUN! Dance to the hottest Latin, Pop and Reggaeton music using interval training which is great for your body and heart. No dance experience necessary. This class is appropriate for all skills and fitness levels. Please bring a towel, water and great attitude.
