Girls Lacrosse Clinics

Sharpen your skills this off-season

Our excellent coaching staff creates a fun learning environment to teach the basics of lacrosse and gives you the opportunity to become a better lacrosse player.

Learn new throws and dodges, while enhancing the skills you already possess. This clinic will push you to try new things that will inevitably improve your game and abilities.


  • The clinics take place in the Sport Expo Center on artificial turf
  • Groups are divided based on age
  • Receive instruction on fundamentals, skills, rules, technique and field play.

Age Divisions


  • 3rd - 7th grades
  • No experience required
  • Full game equipment required - stick, mouth guard, googles


  • 8th - 12th grades
  • Full game equipment required - stick, mouth guard, googles

Session Dates

  • Fall Clinic: December 18, 2016
    • 3rd-7th grades: 1-3 p.m.
    • 8th-12th grades: 3-5 p.m.
  • Spring Clinic: April 30, 2017
    • 3rd-7th grades: 12-2 p.m.
    • 8th-12th grades: 2-4 p.m.

Program Fees

  • $50 per session
  • Due at the time of application

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not issued for cancelled registrations. Cancelled registrations can be transferred to a future session. 

Clinic Instructor

Coach Lindsey Eichenlaub is currently the girl’s head varsity lacrosse coach at Wayzata High School, is the Sport Director for Lacrosse with Star of the North state games, and with the MLA. Last season, she brought the Wayzata team to the state tournament for the first time in school history. Lindsey has a total of 13 years’ experience as the head varsity coach at Benilde-St. Margaret’s, Cooper, and Wayzata.

Lindsey’s resume includes a season on the lacrosse team at the U of M. and coaching lacrosse in England. She has worked with youth associations and clinics for Lakeville and Wayzata, as well as being a former coach with the MN Lacrosse Academy.

In addition to being the head varsity coach for Wayzata, Lindsey is also coaching the MN Brine National team, which competes at a national level to gain NCAA college exposure.
