Baseball has come to the NSC Sports Hall. Our 58,000 square foot indoor space is ideal for baseball training during the offseason. We've partnered with the Minnesota Twins to offer be best in baseball training opportunities.

The Twins offer Junior sessions for 10-13 years old, Senior sessions for ages 14-18 and a Twins Strength and Conditioning Program. The Training Academy happens from November through March. Learn more here...

This program is offered to 4 and 5 year olds to introduce them to the wonderful game of baseball. Erik Lovadahl, a former professional pitcher who is now director of the MYAS Gopher State Pitching Camp, and director of the Minnesota Twins Youth Training Camps leads young players through the fundamentals of the game. Learn more here...
