Zamboni Driver

Schwan Super Rink is looking for customer service oriented people to provide a safe, clean and friendly environment for all users. The main responsibilities of this position are operating the Zamboni along with light maintenance and janitorial duties.

Position Responsibilities

  • General building maintenance
  • Building and grounds cleanliness
  • Ice resurfacer operations
  • Ice maintenance
  • Event set up and tear down and other duties seen fit by arena managers

Position Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • No experience necessary, will train
  • Rate of Pay: $9/hour DOQ
  • Hours per week: 15-35 hours
  • Primarily evenings and weekends

Hat Trick Café Crew Member

Position Description
Employer is looking for a pleasant individual that is neat in appearance, has a smile on their face, pleasant to talk to, provides excellent customer service and is willing to work hard. No visible tattoos and piercings allowed.

Energetic, outgoing, self-motivated individual that enjoys responding quickly to the needs of our customers. The crew person acts as an ambassador that represents our company to our customers.

Position Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers while offering super customer service attention, taking, assembling and presenting food orders, requesting and receiving payment, operating the cash register
  • Cleaning in accordance to our company’s sanitary standards including but not limited to: sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning walls, counters, kitchen and service equipment. Cleaning the customer service area and removing trash
  • Assisting new crew members in learning their new job skills
  • Cooking and preparing food for sale – standing and constant moving
  • Checking stock of products and insuring proper stock levels and rotation.
  • Checking equipment to ensure that it is in proper working order, letting the management team know if there may be a problem
  • Backing up other crew members in their jobs, assist in any area to ensure that the food is being prepared, packaged and delivered to customer in a timely manner
  • Crew members should be proficient in more than one area of responsibility and may not always work the same job or function or schedule each day

Position Qualifications
No experience necessary. Perfect venue for someone looking for their first job!

Schedule
Individual needs to be flexible with their schedule. Employer is willing to work with individuals that have school (high school, college) schedule.

Host Services Lead Supervisor

The National Sports Center is looking for the right person with culinary skills and a management mind to join our Host Services food and beverage team!

Strong food and commercial kitchen background, knowledge of sanitation regulations and systems experience with excellent people management skills are preferred. A solid work background and the ability to lead a team are a must. Must understand that a flexible schedule based on tournaments and special events is a requirement.

Hourly compensation based on experience, desire and commitment level. Potential for upward movement.

Schwan Center/ Residence Hall Cook

Position Information

  • Location: Schwan Event Center/ Residence Hall

Schedule
Individual must be able to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, and weekends.

Position Description
Employer is looking for experienced and talented cooks with knowledge in high volume cooking to work with our valued clients throughout the National Sports Center Foundation.

Energetic, outgoing, self-motivated individual that enjoys responding quickly to the needs of our customers. The crew person acts as an ambassador that represents our company to our customers.

Position Responsibilities

  • Practices excellent food safety and sanitation practices
  • Follows recipes and/or product directions for preparing menu items
  • Operates a variety of kitchen equipment
  • Stocks, dates, rotates, and checks temperature of products
  • Checking equipment to ensure that it is in proper working order, letting the management team know if there may be a problem
  • Backing up other crew members in their jobs, assist in any area to ensure that the food is being prepared in accordance to the work orders
  • Completes any assigned side work

Position Qualifications
Requires a minimum of 1.5 years of closely related work experience, work experience in culinary industry or restaurant environment.
