Fitness Classes at the National Sports Center

The National Sports Center offers several fitness classes for individuals looking to get in shape. Join us for these fun classes!

Yoga Classes

Winter and Spring yoga sessions available
The National Sports Center is offering coed yoga classes for the public on Monday evenings and Thursday afternoons. Come experience the physical and mental benefits of this ancient art. You can take the first class for FREE and join anytime for an adjusted rate!


  • Pre-registered - $70 for each 10 week session (if joining late in session, may pre-register at pro-rated price).
  • 8-class punch card - $68, walk-in - $10 per class

Monday nights
Class one: 
6 - 7 p.m., Class two: 7:15 - 8:15 p.m.

  • Winter Session: January 6 - March 10, 2014 in Schwan Center Gold Room
  • Spring Session: March 17 - May 9, 2014 in Schwan Center Gold Room

Thursday afternoons
Class: 12 noon - 1 p.m.

  • Winter Session: January 9 - March 13, 2014 in Super Rink Fitness Studio
  • Spring Session: March 20 - May 22, 2014 in Super Rink Fitness Studio

Directions to Yoga Classes

Schwan Center Gold Room: From Hwy. 65, head east on 105th Ave and turn right at the entrance past the brick marquee. The Schwan Center is straight ahead. Park in front of building.  Enter through the glass doors in front of the building. Go up the stairs and turn right off the stairway. The Gold Room will be on the left.

Schwan Super Rink Fitness Studio: From Hwy. 65, head east on 105th Ave and turn right at the entrance past the brick marquee. Turn left at the T intersection in front of Schwan Center. Schwan Super Rink is straight ahead. Park in lots E1 or E2 on the east side of the building. These lots are not marked, but refer to the map to view their location. Enter through the glass doors and turn left. Go through a set of double doors and at the end of the hallway, turn right. The fitness studio is directly left.
