Come get your off-season training with Augsburg College's Kathryn Knippenberg, the only NCAA varsity college lacrosse coach in Minnesota, at the NSC Lacrosse Clinics!

We offer clinics to stay sharp on offense, defense and everywhere in between! The clinics take place in the Sport Expo Center, located at the Schwan Center on artificial turf and are offered based on age level and skill.  

This two hour session will be jam packed with stick skills, conditioning and agilities to prepare you for your spring lacrosse season.  Learn new throws and dodges, while enhancing the skills you already possess.  This clinic will push you to try new things that will inevitably improve your game and abilities.  And of course help to get you in shape for the spring season!

• Previous team experience and full game equipment required
• Instruction on individual skills and position development in drills and scrimmages

Kathryn Knippenberg joined Augsburg College in 2012 as head coach of the women’s lacrosse team. Knippenberg has served as the girls' lacrosse head coach at the Academy of Holy Angels since 2009 and previously was president and team captain (2005-08) for the University of Minnesota's women's lacrosse club team.

Knippenberg is the co-founder and president of the North Central Women's Lacrosse League (NCWLL), which manages 22 college club lacrosse teams in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Iowa.

In addition, she works with Winning For Life, a non-profit organization dedicated to developing positive leadership and life skills through sports, where she is the director of fundraising and an assistant coach and mentor to junior high and high school lacrosse players.

Knippenberg earned her bachelor's in biology with minors in chemistry and art at the University of Minnesota, and she recently completed her master's degree in epidemiology.
