Come get your off-season training with Augsburg College's Kathryn Knippenberg, the only first NCAA varsity college lacrosse coach in Minnesota, at the NSC Lacrosse Clinics!
We offer clinics to stay sharp on offense, defense and everywhere in between! The clinics take place in the Sports Hall, located at the National Sports Center on artificial turf and are offered based on age level and skill.
This three hour session will be jam packed with stick skills, conditioning and agilities to prepare you for your spring lacrosse season. Learn new throws and dodges, while enhancing the skills you already possess. This clinic will push you to try new things that will inevitably improve your game and abilities. And of course help to get you in shape for the spring season! The clinic will conclude with mini-scrimmages and prizes.
