  • »  Squirts/Advanced Mites

  • »  Bantam
  • »  Girls U10

  • »  Boys/Girls High School

Program Features

On-ice: 6 sessions/9 hours instruction to include:

  • »  Over speed skating
  • »  Power skating
  • »  European skating
  • »  Conditioning
  • »  Small area games

 

Off-ice: 6 sessions/9 hours instruction at Herb Brooks Training Center to include:

  • »  Individual skills training
    • »  Speed ramp
    • »  Shooting
    • »  Vision and multi-tasking
    • »  Passing
    • »  Stickhandling

 

Strength training for bantam/high school (optional)

    • »  Weight training
    • »  Plyometric training

Fees

  • »  Skater: $250 ($225* preferred customer)
  • »  Goalie: $100
  • »  Weight Training: $50 (bantam/high school optional)
