ADULT 4v4 LEAGUE RULES

League Format

  • »  4v4 format
  • »  One hour time slots:  two – 25:00 halves, 5:00 warm-up, shoot-outs for tie-breakers
  • »  One official per game
  • »  No icing and tag-up off-sides
  • »  No slap shot, non-checking league
  • »  Penalty shots for all minor penalties 
  • »  Immediate game ejections for all major penalties
  • »  Maximum 15 players allowed per team roster
  • »  USA Hockey Sanctioned at all levels. All players must be registered with USA Hockey prior to playing.
