STICK IT TO CANCER HEALTH AND HOCKEY EXPO

Each year thousands of girls and women and their families come to the Schwan Super
Rink for a weekend filled with exciting hockey, friends and family reunions, cancer survivor stories, and amazing generosity to benefit breast cancer research.

Expo hours

  • »  Friday, April 16 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • »  Saturday, April 17 from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm

Set Up Hours

  • »  Friday, April 16 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm

Tear Down Hours

  • »  Saturday, April 17 from 8:00 to 11:00 pm and / Sunday, April 18 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am

Exhibitor Guideline Basics

Allowed

  • »  Give-a-ways are allowed and encouraged.
  • »  Merchandise sales are allowed (Sales Tax Compliance form must be on file with Expo Producers)
  • »  Sports and Health or Media celebrities are allowed and encouraged to attend.
  • »  Casual attire – recommend warm clothing and comfortable shoes.

Not Allowed

  • »  No liquor or tobacco products in arena or for sale.
  • »  No subletting of booth spaces. No early tear-down of booths.

Mandatory

  • »  Booth must be staffed during all Expo hours. Credentials will be provided.
  • »  Exhibitor’s shall accept full responsibility for any and all injury, damage or loss of property caused by the exhibitor or his/her representatives and agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Health & Hockey Expo, the Schwan Super Rink and/or the
    National Sports Center Foundation and/or their personnel from and against any and all claims for any such loss, damage or injury no matter how caused.
  • »  The Expo Producer reserves the right to refuse booth space to any potential exhibitor.
  • »  Booth placement and availability will be determined by the Expo Producer on a first-come-first served basis.
