USA INTERNATIONAL HOCKEY CUP

Online Tournament Roster 

  • »  Complete the online tournament roster and NSC Liability Waiver when they become available. Waiver can not be completed until roster is submitted.
  • »  Deadline is one month prior to start of event. Rosters not received by the deadline will not appear in the tournament program.
  • »  Roster may be revised after deadline. After completing revisions, the roster must be resubmitted electronically to the tournament. Updated/revised roster presented at Final Team Check-in will be frozen; no additional changes may be made at this time.

Proof of Age

  • »  Proof of age required for all players
  • »  Copies of birth certificates/drivers’ licenses are required at Final Team Check-in
  • »  Place proof of age in roster order

Tournament Balance

  • » Balance Due: Payment is due at or before team check-in.
  • »  MasterCard, Visa, check or money order accepted. To pay by credit card, select your online tournament roster and then the Balance Due payment option.
  • »  Checks or money orders made payable to USAIHC: USAIHC, 1700 - 105th Avenue NE, Blaine, MN  55449

Hotel Contract

  • »  Teams staying in a hotel are required to provide the hotel name, city and phone number for contact during the tournament, in addition to the coach’s cell phone. Please email registrar@superrink.org with information.
  • »  This information is also used to track economic impact for the State of Minnesota.

Final Team Check-in

  • »  A representative must check in at least 60 minutes prior to team’s first game.
  • »  Final Team Check-in is located in the Schwan Super Rink meeting room, main level.
