Online Tournament Roster
- » Complete the online tournament roster using the Team Management tool and NSC Liability Waiver. Waiver can not be completed until roster is submitted.
- » Required Forms Deadlines:
- » Boys Invite June 10-13: Roster due May 25, Waivers due by June 8
- » Boys Invite June 17-20: Roster due June1, Waivers due by June 14
- » Boys Open June 24-27: Roster due June 7, Waivers due by June 21
- » Girls July 29-August 1: Roster due July 5, Waivers due by July 26
- » Girls August 5-8: Roster due July 19, Waivers due by Aug 2
- » Boys Elite Invite September 9-12: Roster due August 30 , Waivers due by September 7
- » Rosters not received by the deadline will not appear in the tournament program.
- » Roster may be revised after deadline changes may or may not be reflected in the program book. Rosters will be frozen at team check-in
Proof of Age
- » Proof of age required for all players
- » Copies of birth certificates/drivers’ licenses are required at Final Team Check-in
- » Place proof of age in roster order
Tournament Balance
- » Balance Due: Payment is due at or before team check-in.
- » MasterCard, Visa, check or money order accepted. To pay by credit card online, use the roster link for your tournament above
- » Checks or money orders made payable to USAIHC: USAIHC, 1700 - 105th Avenue NE, Blaine, MN 55449
Hotel lodging, if applicable
- » Teams are required to stay in the official tournament hotels.
- » Provide the name, city and phone number of the hotel. Update as needed using the Team Management tool for your tournament above.
- » Hotel contact information is used in an emergency. In the event that we are not able to contact you using your cell phone, we will contact you at the hotel.
- » The National Sports Center is also required by the State of Minnesota to track for economic impact. Did you know that the National Sports Center is second only to the Mall of America for economic impact and the number of annual visitors?
Final Team Check-in
- » A representative must check in at least 60 minutes prior to team’s first game.
- » Final Team Check-in is located in the Schwan Super Rink meeting room, main level.
