LAX GAMES TOURNAMENT

August 16-17, 2008

A regional weekend tournament for U13 and U15 girls and boys.

Tournament Features

  • »  Four-game guarantee (two each day)
  • »  Four 12-minute running time quarters
  • »  Awards for first and second place in each age division
  • »  Athlete party
  • »  Discounted golf at National Youth Golf Center on campus of NSC

Age Divisions — Boys and Girls

  • »  Players born in 1993 and later are eligible for the U15 division
  • »  Players born in 1995 and later are eligible for the U13 division
  • »  Two exceptions per team may be granted with the approval of the tournament director

Fee

  • »  $350 team fee payable at time of application
  • »  $10 per player fee due August 8, 2008

Application Deadline

August 1, 2008. Full payment must accompany application.

Required Forms Deadline

August 6, 2008

Final Team Check-in

  • »  August 16, 2008  
  • »  A team representative must check in the team 60 minutes prior to team’s first game.
  • »  Proof of age is required. Place proof of age in the same order as the tournament roster.
  • »  Online NSC Liability Waiver must be completed by parents. Players will not be permitted to play without waiver on file.
