LAX GAMES TOURNAMENT

A regional weekend tournament for U13 and U15 girls and boys.

Age Divisions — Boys and Girls

  • »  U13
  • »  U15

Fee

  • »  $350 team fee payable at time of application
  • »  $10 per player fee due August 8, 2008

Application Deadline

August 1, 2008. Full payment must accompany application.

Final Team Check-in

  • »  A team representative must check in the team 60 minutes prior to team’s first game.
  • »  Proof of age is required. Place proof of age in the same order as the tournament roster.
  • »  Online NSC Liability Waiver must be completed by parents. Players will not be permitted to play without waiver on file.
