ELITE PLAYER ACADEMY

For players looking to play in high school or college.  Join the National Sports Center Soccer Academy for intense technical, tactical and physical training to help prepare you for the challenges that lie ahead in your soccer careers.  All sessions will be led by experienced high school and college level coaches. Due to the extremely competitive nature of the program all players must apply for admission. Please include players’ name, age, gender and soccer experiences (ODP, Premier, Classic 1, High School Varsity, etc.).

Elite Player Academy Features

  • »  Highest level of player training available in Twin Cities
  • »  Technical training
  • »  Physical training
  • »  In-game training
  • »  Players will be both invited and allowed to petition for admission into this program
  • »  For boys and girls in their sophomore year of high school and older
  • »  Instruction from coaches with the highest level of coaching experience

Each Two-Hour Session Features

  • »  30 minutes of technical training: dribbling, passing, finishing
  • »  30 minutes of physical training: strength, plyometric, speed, endurance
  • »  60 minutes of in-game training: 10 v 10 play, set plays, speed of play
