The NSC soccer leagues offer adults leagues year-round, both indoors and outside. Most opportunities are for teams already formed but we do offer pick-up games periodically.

• Adult Summer League: played on Sunday nights, this league runs in June-July and offers a seven-game guarantee with divisions for Coed and Men's.
• MNUFC 7v7 Outdoor League (Spring and Fall): MN United FC brings you a new 7v7 league that includes tickets to a MN United home game! Men's Competitive, Coed, Men's Rec and Women's Open divisions.
• Indoor Soccer League: three indoor sessions are offered from October to April. Divisions include men's rec, men's over 35 and coed.
• USA CUP Indoor: Join the largest soccer tournament in the world with our indoor version. A great way to experience USA CUP as a grown-up!
• 5v5 Holiday Classic: we offer a men's open and adult coed 5v5 format division for this indoor event.

The Super Rink offers adult hockey leagues year-round and adult skills clinics to improve your game.

• Minnesota Wild Adult Hockey League: three sessions span the year as we offer numerous divisions for all level of adult men hockey players.
• Walleye Chop: The best adult hockey tournament in the state. Beer, fish fry, tailgating, great hockey and more.
• Stick it to Cancer tournament: Annual women's fundraising tournament benefiting cancer research. 100% of event proceeds benefit the Masonic Cancer Center.
• Tournaments: great competition and fun atmosphere at all skill levels.
• Adult Skills Clinics: sessions for beginners and intermediate hockey players, both male and female.

The Victory Links Golf Course offers adult leagues and lessons for all ages. The course is the only PGA Tour designed public course in Minnesota.

• Adult lessons: group and private lessons are offered throughout the season.
• Adult Leagues: leagues are offered five days a week, both morning and evening leagues are available.

• Adult Broomball League: a winter and spring session are offered for broomball players to play from November to April at the Super Rink.

• Adult Men's Flag Football: the NSC Sports Hall is the place in the winter for our men's flag footbal league. Three sessions are offered November-April.

• Introductory Track Classes: the Introduction to Track Cycling Class is designed for those riders 17 years old and over with little or no bike racing experience and experienced road riders new to the velodrome track.

• Pursuit Fitness: Personal training gym open to the public. Located in the Sport Expo Center building. Adult fitness classes and sport specific training. Get in the best shape of your life.

• Facility rental: Have a team and need space to refine your game? Indoor, outdoor and ice times are available to rent throughout the season.
