This clinic series is tailored to fit any players game by offering sessions for both offensive and defensive girl's lacrosse players. Upon registration - each participant will also be granted access to a seminar that will be presented in between clinics.

Program Fee for each clinic includes 2 full hours of elite coaching and lacrosse training, a reversible jersey, and a fun and competitive experience playing lacrosse.
We are excited to present you with a new registration experience - NSC Event HQ. This system will streamline your enrollment process and give you more access to your customer account. Use this system to register for the Winter Windup Clinics.
Step 1: If this is your first time using the system, you will need to create a NSC Event HQ Household Account. The account owner must be 18 years of age or older.

Leading the Women's Clinic's for 2019 will be Karen Heggernes, the current Head Coach at Hamline University in Saint Paul, MN.
Karen has been involved with growing the sport of lacrosse within Minnesota and the Midwest for many years. At Hamline, coach Heggernes has been named the MWLC Coach of the Year for 3 consecutive years (2017-2019). Her team has also won back to back conference champions in 2018 and 2019.
