The National Sports Center will do everything possible to accommodate specific booth location requests. However, assignment of booth locations will be at the discretion of the NSC.

A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total due is required with your application to reserve your space, with the balance due Friday, October 2, 2020. Deposits are non-refundable. If you paid in full and cancel 45 days prior to the event you are eligible for a refund equal to 50% of your total balance paid. Cancellations less than 45 days from the event are not eligible for a refund.

Power and analog are available for all indoor spaces for a small fee and can be requested on the vendor application. Power is not available for wheel house locations in the parking lot.
There will be a vendor only gathering with complimentary hors d’oeuvres and cash bar.
Sunday, November 22: 4 - 10 p.m.
The National Sports Center is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Only credentialed vendors will be allowed entry before show hours. Exhibitors are required to exit expo space within 45 minutes of show end time for lock down. Security will be onsite before, during and after the show to secure property.
