Hard Water Expo Vendor Information

The National Sports Center will do everything possible to accommodate specific booth location requests. However, assignment of booth locations will be at the discretion of the NSC.

Parking

Vendor Parking Located in Lot J.  Vendors are not allowed to leave their trailers in the main parking lot.

2023 Show Hours

  • Friday, November 17th  - 2 pm to 8 pm
  • Saturday, November 18th  - 10 am to 6 pm
  • Sunday, November 19th   - 9 am to 3 pm

Vendor Check-In

  • Thursday, November 16th: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Friday, November 17th: 7 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

**All vendors must be moved in no later than 12:30 pm on Friday, November 17th 

Credentials

Each booth includes four credentials for admission, additional credentials available by request.

Standard Booth

Each booth will contain the following:

  • 8’ high background drape
  • 3’ high side divider drape
  • 1 – Vendor name sign
  • 1 – Table (if requested on vendor application)
  • 2 – Chairs (if requested on vendor application)
  • Wireless Internet Access

2023 Booth Pricing

  • Standard Booth (10'x8'): $565
  • Corner Booth (10'x8'): $665
  • Non Profit Booth (10'x8'): $300
  • Wheel Houses (Outdoor: 10'x25'): $295

Deposit

A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total due is required with your application to reserve your space, with the balance due Friday, September 29, 2023.  Deposits are non-refundable.  If you paid in full and cancel 45 days prior to the event you are eligible for a refund equal to 50% of your total balance paid.  Cancellations less than 45 days from the event are not eligible for a refund.

Booth Add-Ons

Power and ethernet are available for all indoor spaces for a small fee and can be requested on the vendor application.  Power is not available for wheel house locations in the parking lot.

Friday Night Vendor Gathering

There will be a vendor only gathering with a complimentary Appetizers and Cash Bar.

Vendor Load-Out

Sunday, November 19th: 3 p.m. - 9 p.m.

All Vendors must clean up their areas prior to leaving.  If not cleaned, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged to you for each booth space.

Security

The National Sports Center is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Only credentialed vendors will be allowed entry before show hours. Exhibitors are required to exit expo space within 45 minutes of show end time for lock down. Security will be onsite before, during and after the show to secure property.
