MNUFC Adult Soccer League - Winter league is moving to our brand-new dome! This league provide unique benefits and experience for Loons fans and soccer lovers, including 12 weeks of play, discounts at local businesses and other activities at the NSC, and perks from MNUFC!

COVID-19 Preparedness Plan

All customers are asked to review the following prior to arriving on campus:

One spectator per player will be allowed for this event in the NSC Sports Hall, dome, and Sports Expo. (Does not include team leader or coach).

Please note this includes provide shorter breaks between games against opponents, to reduce ‘down time” in between games for teams. This includes scheduling games back to back depending on the format of each division.

Four tips to remember:

  1. If you feel sick, please stay home.
  2. All attendees are asked to wear a mask, unless they are actively participating in a game.
  3. Signage will be posted on campus to remind people of guidelines.
  4. Our facility staff will help keep public spaces clean and sanitized throughout the event.

League Features

    • Coed: Mondays
    • Men's Open: Tuesdays
    • Men's over 38: Wednesdays
    • Men's over 48: Thursdays
    • Women's Open: Thursdays
    • *Divisions may be combined depending on registration numbers
  • Guaranteed 12 games!

League Fees

$1550 team fee. $300 deposit fee upon registration and remaining $1250 two days prior to the first league game.

  • Teams dropping from the league prior to that registered league's deadline will receive a voucher in the amount of the team fee. The voucher may be used towards another NSC league within a year of the team dropping. The voucher may not be used for tournaments.
  • Teams dropping from the league on or after that league's deadline will not receive a voucher.

Grandfather Program

Grandfather program allows teams from the 40+, 50+, and 60+ divisions to add to the roster up to three players within five years younger than the minimum age for the division. Eligibility is based on birth year.

For 38+: Up to three players age 35-37

For 48+: Up to three players age 45-47

For 58+: Up to three players age 55-57

  • Monday, November 4, 2020, or until full

Please note the following items:

Athletes:

  • Masks are required in locker rooms and entrance areas by all athletes, coaches, and spectators. Masks can be removed by athletes when on playing surface.
  • Please wait in car until 15 minutes prior to game time – no early admission to competition.
  • Athletes are expected to maintain social distancing (more than 6 ft.) when possible (e.g., in-between innings, on sidelines).

Spectators:

  • Two spectators per athlete allowed for games. We strongly recommend no siblings, grandparents, or friends.
  • Spectators cannot enter the building until game time.
  • Must maintain 6 ft of social distance from other spectators (that don’t live in same household). 
  • Must stay in a designated spectator area.
  • Must exit immediately following the game

Weather Policy

The National Sports Center does not close for inclement winter weather.  It is up to teams if they chose to play or forfeit during inclement winter weather.  The league is not responsible for games being forfeited due to weather; therefore, it does not guarantee make-up games at a later date.

Individual Registrations

Looking for a team? If you are an individual who is looking for a team, you may sign up in our Player Pool.  Teams in need of players will contact you directly. Placement is not guaranteed.

We are excited to offer you a new player pool experience at NSC Event HQ!  As a new user you will need to set up a household account in an adult's name. 

  • Once you create your account and verify your email address, you can add "participants" to your account (children, spouses, etc.) for which you can then complete waivers, sign up for programs and register for player pool
  • You will need to provide your name, birth date, gender, address, email and phone number
  • Once you have an account, and have add family members (participants), future events are smooth and easy. You simply click and add, and you’re done!
  • You only need to set up a household account once – quickly sign in with your new username and password for future events
  • We will ask you to confirm your email to keep your account secure
