This week the north side lanes of 105th Ave NE were reopened, with one westbound lane on the north side and one eastbound lane on the south side. The roundabouts are not yet fully open. Westbound traffic cannot yet loop around the roundabout to access the Super Rink/Welcome Center lot, and it is no longer possible to make a left turn onto the campus until the roundabout is fully open.

Two way traffic is now open on both sides of the new roundabouts. One lane of westbound traffic on one side, one lane of eastbound traffic on the other.

The contractor continues to finish grade the boulevards on the north side of the project.  The irrigation crew is now on site laying out and installing the irrigation along the northern boulevard.  The temporary signal at Davenport has been removed, and the permanent signal is now operational.

Next week the contractor will start to finish the concrete work in the medians and begin finish grading.  The irrigation and landscape crews will be working in both roundabouts.
The 105th Avenue NE rebuild will be completed prior to the Schwan’s USA CUP soccer tournament, which kicks off July 13.

The two roundabouts on 105th are not fully open yet, but they will be open in time for Schwan's USA CUP, which starts July 13.
