Team Roster

Manage your team's roster online making it easy to drop and add players and edit player information.

  • You will need your team ID number you received after registering
  • Please note that the roster must be entered before parents can complete the online waiver
  • All American Girls' Team Roster

Approved by a USA Hockey Registrar or his/her designee and displaying the stamp of the Cognizant State District Director, or equivalent for non-US teams

Liability Waiver


Each participant's family will need to set up an NSC Event HQ account.
Players should NOT be listed under the team manager's account.  

Step 1: If this is your first time using the system, you will need to create an NSC Event HQ household account.  Get started at  NSC Event HQ
The account owner must be 18 years of age or older.  (Only need one account per family)

Step 2: After you have created your account, verified your email, and set up your password.

Step 3: You can then add your children and or spouse as “participants”.  If applicable 

If you already have an existing NSC Event HQ account then log-in here 

To complete a waiver

Log in to your NSC Event HQ account

Once logged in,

Step 1: Click on the “Customer Tools” link in the main menu bar and then select “Complete waiver”. 

Step 2:  Select the event.  You may also filter the events by sport and/or name. 

Step 3: Enter the Team id -provided by the team manager 

Step 4: Select the participant's name from the roster (if not on the roster contact the team manager) 

Step 5: Select the participant's name from the drop-down list in your NSC Event HQ account If the participant is not listed you will need to ADD them to your account, read and accept.

Waivers due by November 9


  • U10, U12, U15: $900 entry fee plus a $350 per team gate fee
    (no per-game ticket fee for family and friends!)
  • Pay online with CC in roster management tools or mail check to AAG 1700 105th Ave NE Blaine MN 55449
    payment to be received by November 2, 2020

Concussion Training

All coaches involved in a National Sports Center YOUTH event are required to take concussion training as dictated by Minnesota Statute 121A.37. The U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention has a free, online course entitled “HEADS UP” is accessible by the link here.
