Team Manager Account

Manage your team's roster online making it easy to drop and add players and edit player information.

  • You will need your team ID number you received after registering
  • Review tournament rules for guest players and maximum roster size per age group.
  • Please note that roster must be completed before players can use online waiver
  • The player’s date of birth (DOB) is entered by the parent on the NSC Liability Waiver
  • A player’s DOB is electronically monitored for age eligibility. If a player’s DOB continues not to be numerically displayed, the player may be too old for the age bracket. Ask parent to review the DOB for accuracy. All players must be age eligible for the assigned age bracket; DOB on roster must match DOB on proof of age.
  • Monitor parent progress by selecting ‘View Roster’ from the Roster Menu. An ‘X’ displayed in the WV (waiver) column indicates a completed waiver.

Liability Waiver

  • Direct parents/players to complete the online liability waiver
  • Provide the team ID for this task
  • Roster must be completed by team manager before accessing the online waiver

Roster Guidelines

  • Teams may NOT over roster, not exceeding the six guest player limit. If your roster exceeds the six guest player limit, contact your state association for information regarding reclassification as a tournament team. The six guest player limit is not negotiable; it is part of the tournament sanctioning. If your team is reclassified as a tournament team, forward the documentation to the tournament. Guest players may play at the same level or a higher level of competition offered by the tournament.
  • Roster sizes:
    • 16U-19U playing 11v11 may roster 22 and dress 18 players for games.
  • If you do not have all the player passes for Final Team Check-in, arrange for your players/guest players to either check in as individuals at Final Team Check-in or report to Tournament Headquarters at least two hours before the team’s first game.
  • Players on the roster at Final Team Check-in but who arrive late are legitimate players. These players must report to Tournament Headquarters at least two hours prior to their first game time for approval to play. Remember: Players may not be added to the roster once the game has started.
  • Once the first game has started, no players may be added to the tournament roster.
  • All players must meet the age requirements and be listed on the team roster.
  • Players may play up or down, if age eligible.
  • Youth players currently registered with both a sanctioned youth and adult league may be eligible to play. Player pass will reflect proper documentation.
  • Females may play on male teams; males may not play on female teams.
  • A jersey must be provided to the guest player by the host team.

Player Profile Book & College Coach Recruitment
