The Stick It to Cancer Hockey Tournament is a benefit to support the fight against breast cancer. We started this event in 1999. Each team volunteers a combined total of six hours, and all referees donate their time to tournament operations, resulting in an even larger donation to cancer research.

Thank you to all of our participating teams! The 2019 Tournament was a huge success and we proudly made a donation in the amount of $53,757.23 to the Masonic Cancer Center, University of Minnesota.

Volunteer Opportunities

Each team is asked to provide one volunteer to work in the score box at each of their games. Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older. Contact Tournament Director for more information on volunteers, donations, sponsorship and vendors. We're working on trying to cover all the game for timekeeping and announcing however we may need your help.

If you would like to register for next years volunteer opportunities, please email tournament director to be placed on our list.

Once again, Dr. Lance Maki will be donating his time and providing our trainer services for the tournament!  Please consider him when in need of the many services his clinic provides.  For a list of his services Click Here
